(Boise - June 20, 2005) -- Select Mortgage is proud to announce the July 1st, 2005 opening of its new Boise branch location located at 1515 Grove in Downtown Boise. Select Mortgage is a full-service brokerage firm offering loan programs for residential, investment and commercial real estate transactions. The company previously occupied office space at 729 Main Street in Meridian.

Headquartered in Twin Falls, Idaho, Select Mortgage was established in 1999 and also operates offices in Logan, Utah. Since its inception, Select Mortgage has maintained leadership in the mortgage industry by setting high standards for customer service and attention to detail.

The following people make up the team of mortgage lending specialists at the new Boise branch location:

Tina Bennett joins the Select Mortgage team as Co-Owner and Branch Manager.
Bennett has 17 years experience in the mortgage lending industry and has served as a loan officer, processor and underwriter for several Idaho
lenders. Bennett is originally from Twin Falls and moved to Boise in 1988.

Fernando Rodriguez joins the Select Mortgage team as a Loan Officer.
Rodriguez is originally from Long Beach, California and moved to Boise in
1997 from Orange County, California. He has 8 years retail management experience and is fluent in Spanish.

Rich Wright joins the Select Mortgage team as a Loan Officer. Wright has served as a Television News Anchor in the Boise market since 1992 and most recently served as the Main Anchor/Assistant News Director for KTRV FOX 12.
Wright has also served as the Communications Director for the Boise Police Department and Advertising and Public Relations Manager for Blue Cross of Idaho.
