Four Companies Move Operations to
Downtown Boise's New Linen District

(BOISE, June 27, 2005) Boise Developer David Hale has moved his Hale Development, Inc. corporate offices into downtown Boise's proposed Linen District currently under development.

Hale will oversee the revitalization of the six-block area West of Downtown Boise from temporary office space in the Lincoln building located at 1515 Grove Street in the heart of the new district.

Joining Hale Development in the move are: Boise City Building Company, Inc., Fidelity Property Improvements, LLC and Sparks Commercial Contracting.

All four companies plan to permanently locate their corporate offices in the old American Linen Building at 14th and Grove which anchors Hale's Linen District project.
